I ordered from lobsterboys.com for the first time and wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The site was easy enough to use, and they sent updates after I placed the order, which made me feel like they were being upfront and doing business the right way.
The delivery did show up a little later than I’d hoped, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Everything was packed well and looked just like I expected, so I can’t really complain. I’d order from them again, though probably not if I needed something in a serious hurry.

I’m usually skeptical when companies make everything sound super smooth and “guaranteed,” but this order did show up on time for my dad’s birthday. The lobsters were good and everyone enjoyed them. One claw was cracked, which was annoying, but overall it worked out.

I ordered seafood from here and lobster was fresh, which was nice. But prawns had a little smell to them, so that was disappointing. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as good as I was hoping for. Delivery was fine and came without any issue. I’d give it 3 stars

The lobster itself was alright, but the packaging was disappointing. My box showed up really banged up, and there was some leaking inside. The ice packs were mostly melted too, so I was a little worried about how fresh everything stayed. Nothing was completely ruined, but for the price, I definitely expected it to be packed more carefully. I dont think Id order again unless they improve the shipping.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Lobsterboys thinking it would get here quickly, but... yeah, that did not happen. Shipping was really slow, and the tracking barely updated, so for days I had no clue where my order even was.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. The product might be fine, I guess, but the whole wait kind of ruined the experience for me. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

I opened my order and realized I was sent the wrong items, which was disappointing. It’s not what I picked out, so it kind of feels like someone didn’t double-check things before sending it out.

I cooked them that same night, all I really remember is how sweet the meat was and how happy everyone seemed at dinner. I’m sure there was some usual kitchen chaos in there somewhere, but the lobsters definitely weren’t rubbery and the meal turned out great.

I ordered something and ended up needing a refund, which I figured would be straightforward. At first, I just waited, thinking it would show up in a few days, but nothing happened. After a while, I had to contact them to ask what was going on. They said they’d look into it, so I waited again. Still no refund. I ended up chasing them a second time before it finally got sorted. It did come through in the end, but it took way longer than it should have and felt like I had to keep pushing to get my money back.

"Pickup was a mess"
I chose local pickup because they made it sound like it would be quick and ready during my time slot, but that promise went out the window as soon as I got there. Nobody seemed to know where my order was, and I just stood around waiting like I was bothering them by asking.
After about 25 minutes, they finally found it, but part of the order was missing, so I had to ask twice before anyone actually dealt with it. No real apology, no effort to make it right, just a lot of wasted time. I definitely won’t be doing pickup here again.
